Por lo tanto, las compraventas adquieren un protagonismo para dar solución a estos problemas, ya que en la mayoría de hogares colombianos se tienen objetos que representan un valor para los comerciantes. Sin embargo, aunque las compraventas son protagonistas en este problema, existen algunas que tienen una administración manual del negocio, haciendo que esta sea más lenta y susceptible a errores, que puede afectar el comportamiento del negocio. Para estas empresas, nace Businet, una propuesta que ofrece un software para la administración del negocio, integrando un asistente de ubicación para ordenar el inventario de forma sistemática. Esta propuesta, tiene dos servicios que prestan, el software son la integración con el asistente y el software con la integración del asistente. Para los dos servicios, se debe de tener una suscripción mensual, para el manejo de versiones y mantenimiento del sistema. Por otro lado, Businet, está pensada para empresarios de pequeñas y medianas empresas, que estén buscando sistematizar la administración del negocio. Businet, se dará a conocer a estos posibles clientes, gracias a la recomendación personal, acompañada de compañas publicitarias. El sistema, permite tener la información de los clientes y contratos vigentes, actualizada. Con esto, el empresario, no se tiene que preocupar de estar organizando su información de forma manual, ayudando a que el tiempo de atención al cliente, se disminuya y proporcionalmente aumente la satisfacción del cliente. Dado que el sistema genera la ubicación específica de cada objeto dejado como prenda, se tiene el control de lugar donde se ubican, ayudando a disminuir el tiempo de búsqueda del mismo. El asistente de ubicación, también indica físicamente al usuario el lugar específico, abriendo el cajón en ese lugar. En caso de que el empresario necesite, este sistema permite generar informes de los movimientos que se han realizado a los contratos y para evitar que los clientes puedan perder el objeto, este envía una notificación vía correo electrónico, avisando que el contrato está próximo a vencer.ABSTRACT: It is no surprise to anyone, to find financial problems that must be solved immediately and they do not have the requirements and time to go to banks to make a loan. With this, the employer does not have to worry about organizing his information manually, helping the customer service time to decrease and proportionally increase customer satisfaction. Since the system generates the specific location of each item left, you have control of where they are located, helping to reduce the search time for it. The location assistant also physically indicates to the user the specific place, opening the drawer in that place.
