In this study you will find information about the general condition of population in three different places of this city which are: barrio La Mina sector - Bolivar, barrio la Sebastiana sector - La Isla, Alto de Las Palmas. Al] of them have subnormal settlements which are located on the boundaries established by the law under the political constitution of Colombia as a conservation of streams and rivers basins also to guarantee integrity and safety for goods and life of people in this areas. More than an evaluation of the real risk involved for the potential destruction capacity of a river, this study wants to show the implication that could have a relocation program for all the people affected. This evaluation was done based on a inquiry developed for the porpouse of defining: . Total population. o Number of construction. o Conditions of the constructions. • Average wave of population in each zone. • Publie utilities infrastructure.
