Comportamiento de la proteína sialoproteína ósea tipo II durante la diferenciación de las células madre derivadas de tejido adiposo hacia el linaje osteogénico
Pineda Molina, Catalina | 2012
Cells contain a large number of proteins, which provide shape and structure, as well as a multidimensional help the maintenance and support of the same. Depending on the tissue where it is, the cell has specific proteins that serve as a marker to determine their specific function.
The aim of this work was to determine the behavior of the type II protein bone sialoprotein during the process of differentiation of stem cells derived from human adipose tissue into the osteogenic lineage, using the Western blot technique.
