Definición del mejoramiento de cincuenta viviendas del municipio de Itagüí.

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el municipio de Itagüí, zonas urbana y rural, existe un alto déficit cuantitativo y cualitativo de vivienda, situación que el Instituto Municipal de Vivienda y Reforma Urbana IMVIR busca solucionar a través de su proyecto de “Mejoramiento de 50 viviendas en las veredas El Ajizal, El Pedregal, Los Zuleta y otras del área rural del municipio de Itagüí”. Para la ejecución de este tipo de planes la Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia EIA autoriza a estudiantes de último año a brindar apoyo como trabajo de grado. El mejoramiento se hace por medio de reformas a aquellas construcciones que luego de ser diagnosticadas cumplen con los requisitos necesarios. La reforma debe ser un proceso que se lleve a cabo de manera eficiente y justa, dado que la población que se beneficia con este plan hace parte del grupo socioeconómico menos favorecido del Municipio de Itagüí. Este trabajo da cuenta de las visitas domiciliarias, evaluaciones técnicas, y propuestas de mejoramiento llevadas a cabo como estudiante vinculado a este proyecto social en la etapa de diagnóstico de viviendas deterioradas en la zona urbana y rural del municipio de Itagüí. Vale la pena resaltar los mutuos beneficios que obtienen la EIA y el IMVIR, la primera, porque este convenio le permite llevar a cabo actividades sociales que redundan en su buen nombre y compromiso social; y el segundo, porque puede tener dentro de sus colaboradores a ingenieros altamente calificados sin ver afectado su rubro de nómina o contratación de terceros.

ABSTRACT: At urban and suburban areas of Itagui’s city, there is a high qualitative deficit of urbanization, situation which the Instituto Municipal de Vivienda y Reforma Urbana IMVIR Institute is seeking to resolve with a project known as improvement of 50 houses at suburbia named El Ajizal, El Pedregal, Los Zuleta, and some others of these areas of Itagui’s territory. For the execution of this plan there is the support of the Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia EIA, with it’s last semester students. The rebuild that those buildings acquire after being diagnosed as to accomplish the requirements needed to get the help to build, must be an efficient and fair process, because the population that benefits with this plan, makes part of the poorest socioeconomic group in Itagui. This paper describes the activities made and the results obtained, as a student linked to this social project in the phase of diagnosis of the deteriorated houses in the urban and suburban areas of Itagui. To close, it is worth it to recognize the mutual benefits that the EIA and the IMVIR get, the former, because the agreement allows it to accomplish social activities that talk about it’s good name and social compromise; an the last one, because it can have among it’s collaborators highly qualified engineers, without affecting it’s payroll or other contracts.
