Impacto de los costos de las operaciones financieras sobre los ingresos mensuales recibidos por los usuarios

The main objective of this study is to determine the quantification of the impact of the costs of financial transactions with respect to the minimum wage. For this, it was necessary to perform a comparative analysis based on the rates of financial transactions presented by the entities that provide financial services in the city of Medellín, through the use of tools such as graphs, comparative tables and simple averages, which allowed identifying they are the institutions and access channels that have the greatest impact on the monthly income of a user that earns the minimum wage. It is also possible to identify the strengths and errors in the offer of financial products and services offered by banks, financial cooperatives and business companies, as well as some shortcomings presented in the current legislation.
